===== Lectures =====
The lectures will end with an exam which is worth 100 pts (100%).

**Scale of grades:**
60% dst (3), 75% dst+ (3.5), 80% db (4), 85% db+ (4.5), 90% bdb (5).

** To collect the maximum number of points one has to participate in: **

   * Exam, part 1 (up to 50 pts)
   * Exam, part 2 (up to 50 pts)
   * Pass the exercise classes with a positive grade.

===== Exercise classes =====
During the exercise classes to the course Cryptography with elements of algebra one can collect up to 110 pts (110%)

**Scale of grades:**
60% dst (3), 75% dst+ (3.5), 80% db (4), 85% db+ (4.5), 90% bdb (5).

** To collect the maximum number of points one has to participate in: **

   * Project modules (in total up to 70 pts), in particular:
      * (10 pts) Module 1: implementation of arithmetic
      * (10 pts) Module 2: implementantion of an algebraic structure
      * (20 pts) Module 3: implementation of a cryptosystem based on an algebraic structure
      * (30 pts) Module 4: design of a hybrid system
   * Each module will have a specific deadline. After the deadline no points will be granted for the work.
   * Tests: three tests, each up to 10 pts (can be passed only on a specific date)
   * Homework and activity: up to 10 pts

A participation in the exercise classes is compulsory and only three unjustified misses will be accepted.
